Downloading N2trader 4

When you click to download the N2trader, A window like this should then appear in front of your browser window:

Click the " Save" button.

You should then see a dialog box (window) that will have "Save As" in the title bar (top-left corner of the window).

This window may vary slightly, depending upon which version of Microsoft Windows you are using.

For convenience, we recommend saving the installer file to the "My Documents" folder. There are several ways to do this. One way that is common to all versions of Windows is described below:

Notice that the "File name:" field contains the text " ntwo4setup.exe " (highlighted in blue). This is the N2trader 4 installer file that we are about to download.

Once you have followed the steps above, click on the " Save " button in the bottom-right corner of this window to begin the download.

A window similar to the one below should appear in front of your browser window:

(Average time for a 56K modem to download should be less than 5 minutes.)

Once the download has completed, you may install N2trader 4.

Installing the N2trader v.4

N2trader 4 has very modest resource requirements and runs on Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP or better. Minimum hardware requirements suggest using a Pentium microprocessor or better (Currently, Macintosh hardware is not directly supported). A connection to the internet is also required. A 56K modem or faster is adequate for real-time trading with NTWO CAPITAL MARKETS N2Trader v.4.

Microsoft recommends closing all applications before installing any software. If you are running Windows 95, 98 or ME, we additionally recommend restarting your computer first. This will help to eliminate potential problems that can arise from other software still in memory. ( Windows 2000 contains memory protection technology, alleviating many installation pitfalls ).

Once you have followed the directions above, locate the N2trader v.4 installer in My Documents folder. It should be titled " ntwo4setup.exe ". Double-click on the icon and you should see a window like the one below:

Click the button labeled " Next " to continue and the following window should appear:

Please read the license agreement carefully. If you agree to the terms click the " Yes, I agree with all the terms of this license agreement " button.

We are almost finished! To begin copying files to your hard disk, click the " Next " button. Files will be installed to a folder titled " N2Trader 4 " in the folder "Program Files" (This is the standard or default location for software installations).

Click on the "Finish" button. The Program will be launched or you can Click on " Start ", " Programs ", " N2trader " and Finally on the " N2trader 4 " Icon to start the platform for the first time.
